• About the FBA
The Freeport Boatmen's Association has been an landmark in Freeport for nearly a century. The boats and their captains, many of whom are second and third generation fisherman at the FBA, still take out guests everyday of the year to experience south shore fishing at its best. When not fishing, the boats of the FBA can be found cruising the bays for corporate events and private parties. With boats ranging in size from 30ft to 65ft and able to accommodate 1 to over 100 passengers, depending on the boat, you'll be hard pressed to to find any function that the Freeport Boatmen's Association can't handle. Come down and visit our boats. We are located on the Woodcleft Canal across from the famous Nautical Mile in Freeport.
